Thursday Night MLS

Tonight's MLS action gets kicked off at 10:30 PM EST on ESPN 2 when Chivas USA play host to the Chicago Fire, who have embarrassed some a team or two on their home field this season. At the Home Depot Center don't be shocked to see a Blanco fan or two, particularly sporting his Mexico jersey. Both teams will be seeking to end 2 game skids so the motivation should be high in each camp. Chivas will be without Eskandarian and Galindo in the offense due to injury, and will be missing Brad Guzan, their regular in the nets, due to his national team duty. Gonzalo Segares will also be away from the Fire as he is with Costa Rica. I would pick the Fire for an away win here, but wonder if any players are effected knowing at least one starter is likely to be heading to Toronto shortly to open the door for acquiring Brian McBride. I'll go with a 1-1 draw.
